Calcite

This crystal comes in many colors and shapes, but the golden or yellow forms are most suitable for the Solar Plexus. Malachite

A green crystal with characteristic banding, it helps to link the Solar Plexus to the Heart, on which it can also be placed, to promote the compassion needed to ensure that personal power doesn't become misplaced. This stone is particularly good for helping to remember dreams and is excellent for meditation.

Sunstone

Despite its name, Sunstone comes in a range of colors as well as yellow and orange. Its speckling reflections are due to inclusions of Hematite and Goethite. In Ancient Greece it represented the Sun God, bringing good fortune to anyone who wore it. It is useful for reducing tension in the stomach and for relief of ulcers.
