It is via kundalini yoga that one is able to work with these glands and energies in a controlled manner.
The Gomukhasana
This position or posture extends the muscles and
cavities of the chest, stretching and energizing
the Heart chakra area.

1) Kneel on a blanket or mat, sitting back on your heels. Stretch both arms out in front of you.
2) Raise your left arm over your head, bending it at the elbow so the left hand rests near the top of your back.
3) Sweep your right arm around to the right side, bending it at the elbow, sending the right hand up your back.
4) If your hands meet lightly clasp your fingers, otherwise hold each end of a towel.
5) When you have a grip on your hands, or towel, take a breath in and bring your hands closer together, expanding your chest. Breathe normally.
6) On an out-breath, loosen your grip then repeat, starting by raising your right hand above your head and repeating stages of position.
