The 3 Things You Should Know About Reality

Duality: All things in our world/reality has an opposite. Man/ woman, hot /cold, hard/ soft, in/ out, up/ down, black /white, male/ female, here/ there, rich/ poor, existence/ non-existence, bad/ good, day/ night etc. And as a part of this law of duality, everything is defined by its opposite. What is cold without heat? They appear to be 2 sides of one coin.

 
Polarity:  Having seen how everything in physical reality has an opposite, we can then apply further that everything in creation is two things; since nothing has meaning without the existence of its opposite. If this is true then we can also apply some philosophical judo and say the opposite; that these two things are one thing. Like a coin. It is one thing, but has two sides. Every 1 coin has 2 sides; heads and tails. Ergo, in a world of polarity, there is no this OR that...there is only this AND that.

Which is correct, evolution or creationism? We have been seeking the answer to this question since time immemorial and we still have no consensus. That's because we have been applying this OR that. When we apply this AND that, we finally arrive at the ultimate truth. There is a creator AND there was evolution. Creation is complex, but not complicated.

Nonduality: Duality sees fundamental order as either - or; Nonduality sees both - and. At each level of complexity, life consists of two interdependent, non-identical polarities in homeostasis, dynamic interaction, and integral relation to each other. In other words one can not exisit without the other and without both there is no balance.
