Preparation
· This process may need to be repeated on a daily basis before getting anything meaningful from it, like most things in life it takes practice in order to fine tune the subtleties of this skill. Have patients and you will achieve success in your future past life journeys.
· Take your time, do not rush through any of the steps, be methodical and slow in order to achieve complete relaxation. You must focus on completely relaxing your body and mind in order for the images of your past life to be brought gently into your conscious awareness. Each time you repeat this exercise you will be able to go even deeper into yourself exploring in greater detail. Be sure to have a journal handy to write in at the end of your journey.
· Ask for your Higher Self and your Guardian Angels to be present for the entire session and to keep you safe and protected at all times.
· Being comfortable is the key so I recommend that you lie down and wear loose clothing in order to achieve full relaxation and comfort levels.
· So do this exercise in a peaceful place where you will be completely quiet and undisturbed for the entire session. This entire exercise should last for no longer than 45 minutes. Set an alarm timed to bring you out of it should the session run longer.
· Pick a special intention for your past life journey. It could be “what I most need to see”, “what I most need to heal”, “the explanation for my life’s purpose,” or even about a past personality you already know about or a special need.
