Kunalini Mudra

Kundalini Mudra involves both the hands. It is required to form a loose fist with each hand. Then the left index finger is extended and is adhered into the right fist from below. Then the pad of the right thumb is placed on the left finger tip. This Mudra is held as low as possible in front of the abdomen. Kundalini Mudra can be practiced 3 times per day for approximately 15 minutes.
