How to do a Spectroscopic Healing Meditation

Align all of your chakras by sitting with your back straight. Slow down your vibrations by taking a few deep breaths, then bring white light down through your crown chakra, let it flow like a mountain waterfall into your heart chakra, then anchor yourself to the Earth.

This meditation carries the white light into your heart chakra at this point, at this point white light enters your heart chakra a major signal is released which will circulate around your body. This creates a stabilizing energy from the heart center, if there are any problems in any of the lower chakra centers, the energy from the heart center will raise the vibrational sequence of your entire body.

Draw Golden Pink restorative energy up from the feminine essence of the Mother Earth, into your roots. See yourself as a large tree spreading deep underground, anchoring your tree self to the earth. These roots that ground you to Mother Earth eminate from your root chakra.

You are now aware of the harmony and restorative powers of which Golden Pink Light represents, now coursing into your body. Visualize this energy flowing into the lower part of your body, into all the major organs. See the Golden Pink light heal aches, pains, problems of a physical or emotional nature, feel it wash over you like the rise and fall of a tidal current across a sandy beach. Visualize this Golden Pink Light energy high up in your body.

Now move back to the white light coming through your crown chakra and increase the white light receiving more of its energy. As the light increases, feel it coursing through the crown chakra and down through your body like sea waves coming into a estuary. This washes all the Golden Pink light out of your body and out of your auric space. The Healing Golden Pink light has absorbed any irregularities and with the aid of the White Light has washed them out of your body. When finished with this meditation you may feel extremely warm.
