Progression in your meditation
As you become more adept at your meditations colors will change as your vibrations changes. Working with meditation exercises that entwine us with the Mother Earth gives us strength and promotes healing energies that are beneficial for each one of us. This exercise of embedding yourself creates an anchor to Mother Earth before you begin any meditation work.
Anchoring yourself and accessing white light at the same time
Envision a budding rose still waiting for the impetus of food from Mother Earth. The rose waits patiently for the sun to help it germinate. When you bring down white light through your crown chakra, you entwine with the higher principle that also resonates with the sun. You, in essence become the most central and material part, you become the rose and you are entwining yourself with Father, Mother energies.
Now envision bringing white light down through your crown chakra through the top of your head. The white light represents the essence of the Father (God) Energy. As you bring this wonderful White Light down through your chakra system see it entwine with essence of Mother Earth Energy. When you do this you merge the essence of Mother and Father, integrating these energies you are neither male nor female, neither father nor mother. You now consist of two integrated parts of the aspects that are best for you at this particular time.
Visualize your aura as an oval shape surrounding your physical body. The outer auric space is the buffer zone to what lies beyond it. This zone usually prevents negative energies and energy interference from entering your auric space. If your chakras are not in balance or you are of ill health then there may be holes in this space which allows unwanted energies in. The larger your aura the better your protective zone is. With a shallow auric field or one with holes it in, one is susceptible to other energies or entities interfering with ones energy field. Bringing down the White Light and entwining it with Mother Earth Energies will help heal your auric field, filling in holes and anchoring you to Father God and Mother Earth. Just as the rose is nourished by the sun and earth, we are nourished by Father God and Mother Earth energies.
Bringing in the White Light and Mother Earth energies prior to any meditation will anchor you within the two energies; this in turn acts as protective netting around you during your meditative state.
