Kuthumi led an extremely secluded life, born in the early nineteenth century, Hohatma Kuthumi was a Punjabi whose family had settled in Kashmir. He attended Oxford Univeristy in 1850 and is believed to have contributed “The Dream of Ravan” to the Dublin University; Magazine around 1854. In1875 he visited with the founder of modern psychology, Dr. Gustav Theodor Fechner. He spent his remaining years in Tibet where he ascended in the late 1800’s.
