Application
- Place a few drops in adimizor, defuser, or into a bowl of hot water then lean over the bowl placing a towel over your head and the bowl
- 10-15 drops into hot bath water
- Use as massage oil
- Bottoms of feet are a great place to rub oils. The soles of the feet contain nerve endings to every organ in the body
- Add 1-5 drops, unless instructed otherwise, to herbal teas and honey
- Blend with brandy for mouth-wash
- Add to compress
- Place a few drops on cotton ball then place on area of concern
- Add a few drops to your body lotion
